Trying to get fit is an obvious choice but not an easy one to get started. We have had a number of false starts over the years; our hearts were in it, but something was lacking. We always had the determination and the dedication and discipline were there. It was only after joining Complete Fitness and Martial Arts that we realised what was missing – the devoutness of the trainer. Yes, there are times when we don’t feel like training, then think of all the fun we have during our sessions. We look forward to spending our time with Lavonne because of her sincerity and dedication to her craft.

Our karate school is run by Sensei C Fairweather, a qualified dan-graded instructor,
who has been training in the art of karate for over thirty years. With a martial arts career which spans over forty-five years, Sensei Colin heads up the Roodepoort dojo of Karate-Do International.
